What to do on a rest day

1. Sleep in!

2. Drink lots of coffee and have a good breakfast.

3. Yoga or some easy stretching, and foam rolling.

4. Go for a walk.

5. Indulge a little bit:

6. Clean (not the best part of my rest day, but I was too tired after my long run).

7. Dinner with friends, and a really good beer.

8. Go to bed early.
